We win told me today that t Burma would be in no hurry to recognise the GRUNK or whatever other government as established in Phnom Penh. He regarded recent GRUNK statement about the necessity of early recognition of it as '' Threatening'' and Burma would not act precipitously in the face of such '' Threats''.
