The British Ambassador here has been instructed to express to the Cambodian Ambassador the concern felt by the British Government about the repressive measure taken by the new Cambodian regime. This apparently has been the subject of some interest recently in the house of commons. Vientiane has been chosen as the most concretion point of contact for the representations to be made.
