We ask foreign ministry on 25th March (Bolle) for assessment of likely NLF and north vietnamese support for Sihanouk's ''liberation army'' Bolle said frence impression was that while endorsing military steps to establish such on am army to overthrow Cambodian government and reinstate Sihanouk. Their own reports indicate no abnormal or serious increase in communist military activities in Cambodia although had been some incidents in frontier provinces involving clashes and loss of life.
