French fist secretary confirm today 13th March, that Sihanouk was still in Paris where he had announced that he would be visiting Moscow and Peking before returning to Cambodia. French though Sihanouk might be back in Phnom Penh about 18th or 19th March but they had no firm information. according to dasqne french embassy did not now believe that Sihanouk had organised the demonstration, although it had been.
