Chong You Meng aka Hean, cadre of water transport, confessed that Thul, chief of state commerce group, was a network of Khuon. After, Khuon was dismissed from state commerce, Thul did not obey an order of the new one, and was not happy with other nominations of the party.
ចុង យូម៉េង ហៅហ៊ាន យុទ្ធជនដឹកជញ្ជូនជើងទឹក បាន សារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ ថុល ប្រធានក្រុមក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ ជាអ្នកនិយម ឃួន។ ក្រោយពេលបក្សដក ឃួនចេញពីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ ថុល មិនគោរពតាមការណែនាំរបស់កម្មាភិបាលថ្មី មិនសប្បាយចិត្ដ ចំពោះការចាត់តាំងផេ្សងៗរបស់បក្ស។
