The'' Le Monde'' editor for south-east Asia, patricce de beer, told us on 10 August that Sihanouk was now expected to arrive later in the year in France. The conference between Sihanouk and Cambodian exiles in France scheduled for August (O.PA 67453) has now been deferred because of disputes among the differing groups.
