Doefer (handing some SE Asian aid question in economic ministry ) telephone today (I) say that Khmer Republic wanted debt consolidation arrangement with FRG a long line of its agreement of 25 June 1974 with France.
(II) Sound us out on IBRD /ADB organised meeting in aid to Indochina (where emphasis,doefer said,would be on Vietnam and Laos ) such as to begin in Paris 17 October. |
