Summary / Abstract :
|
The status of the two GKR diplomats who allegedly defected to GRUNK in east Berlin (and who were prompty exploited by GRUNK/ Funk propaganda) is in doubt since both have now denied defecting (see khmer report, 1/ 15/ 74). The GKR foreign ministry belives that attempted to strike a bargain with GRUNK ordered them to Peking and sent a new envoy to east Berlin, they reversed course-considering this unsuccessful fliratation GRUNK to amount to treason, the ministry has decided not to redeem the two but to let them stew in their own justice.
