Chen Sat, chief of state commerce animal raising section, confessed that he indoctrinated Uk Nam to betray the party. In June 1975, Nam attended the meeting at Chraing Chamreh and received the plot from Yom Yan to recruit traitorous network, to assign network to provoke problems in cooperative, and to collect materials for supporting traitorous network.
ចិន សាត យុទ្ធជនចិញ្ចឹមសត្វពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ បាននិយាយថា ខ្លួនបាន អប់រំ អ៊ុក ណំ អោយក្បត់បក្ស។ នៅខែ ៦-១៩៧៥ ណំ បាន ចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការនៅច្រាំងចំរេះពីឈ្មោះ យ៉ុម យ៉ន អោយប្រមូលកម្លាំងហើយពង្រាយគ្នាអុកឡុកតាមសហករណ៍ ប្រមូលសម្ភារៈទុកឧបត្ថម្ភពួកក្បត់។
