Neue zuerichhr zeitung, 03 November, carries AFP report that prime minister visited Sihanouk in Peking.
I assume that this will not affect our presentation of khmer interests in the FRG our activities are almost purely formal issue of visas and information, However, Long Boret recently asked me to contact the foreign ministry on the UN representation issue (our 1275) and I would appreciate early advice if any change in representation is suggested or if you consider any further lowering of the key advisable. |
