Doefer (economic ministry) told us today that FRG would be attending meeting called by France in Paris on 08th November to discuss debt rescheduling .
He thought outcome in respect of 1974 debts would be long same lines as arrangement agreed for 1973 debts at meeting last October , I. E ten years period with two years grace and three percent interest. It would be he hard to get interest lower but sofer condition regarding period of repayment were a possibility. |
