Sihanouk spent 24 hours here August 11-12 and had long talks with Nehru and some conversations with officials. He apparently concentrated on his trouble with South Vietnam, alleging that the US had encouraged South Vietnam in recent incidents as a method of discussing Cambodia from closer relations with Communist China.
