ចិន សាត យុទ្ធជនចិញ្ចឹមសត្វពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បាននិយាយថា នៅខែ៧ ១៩៧៥ ខ្លួនបានទទួលការអប់រំពីហេង នយោបាយអនុសេនាតូច ចិញ្ចឹមសត្វអប់រំអោយក្បត់បក្ស។
