Chin Sat, chief of animal raising unit, state commerce, confessed that he knew Va Eang, working in political battalion 315, and Peng, chief of group, when he was invited by Khuon to attend the traitorous meeting in Khuon's office. An agenda of that traitorous plan were: building up the traitorous networks for being ready to against the revolution, and persuading cadres and combatants who were seriously like women and wine, to work as [traitorous] core forces.
ចិន សាត ប្រធានវរសេនាតូចចិញ្ចឹមសត្វនៅពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ បាន ឆ្លើយថា ឃួនបានហៅខ្លួនទៅប្រជុំពីផែនការក្បត់បក្សនៅមនី្ទររបស់ ឃួន។ ពេលនោះខ្លួនបានឃើញឈ្មោះ វ៉ា អ៊ាង នយោបាយ វរសេនាតូច ៣១៥ និងឈ្មោះ ប៉េង ប្រធានក្រុមចូលរួមដែរ។ ខ្លឹមសារនៃផែនការក្បត់នោះគឺ កសាងកម្លាំងសំរាប់ត្រៀមប្រឆាំង បដិវត្ដដោយអូសទាញកម្មាភិបាល យុទ្ធជនណាដែលចូលចិត្ដស្រី ស្រា ដើម្បីធ្វើជាកម្លាំងស្នូល។
