Chen Sat, chief of animal raising battalion, state commerce unit, confessed that Khut, soldier of battalion 315, division 310, Va Chhaom and Chhay, working at political platoon, battalion 315, division 310, betrayed the party through the indoctrination of Chen Sat. They took responsible for persuading soldiers and cadres to be conflicted with each other, and convincing soldiers to flee home.
