Chen Sat, chief of raising animal battalion at state commerce, confessed that Va Eang, working at battalion 315, and Meng, group chief of division 310, received the plot to build up forces to revolt against the revolution.
ចិន សាត ប្រធានវរសេនាតូច ចិញ្ចឹមសត្វ នៅពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ បាន សារភាពពី វ៉ា អ៊ាង នយោបាយវរសេនាតូច ៣១៥ និង ម៉េង ប្រធានក្រុម កងពល ៣១០ ថាៈ បានចូលប្រជុំទទួលផែនការក្បត់ ដោយកសាងកម្លាំងត្រៀមប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ។
