L.T. Gen. Jesus M. Vargas said, the move to my mind is well taken , in press conference here attended by both local and foreign newsmen. However Vargas declined to assess the outcome of the coup because, what is happening there will come out sooner or later. Vargas indirectly hit at at Sihanouk who reportedly is planing to establish a government in exile.
