Tauch Chhoeun, commercial soldiers of planting unit, confessed that in August 1975, Phoan indoctrinated Thuon to betray with Chhoeun. In July 1976, Thuon joined the meeting and received the plot from Sat, chief of big cell, to poison foreigners. Mean Choeun aka Song confessed that Thuon lived with Phoan in 1974. At that time, Phoan indoctrinated Thuon to betray. Thuon killed 4 people and soldiersby giving them the injection. After that Thuon made contact with Soeun and received the plot from him to destroy the revolution and to increase traitorous forces.
តូច ឃឿន យុទ្ធជនដាំបន្លែពាណិជ្ជកម្មបាននិយាយថា នៅខែ៨ ១៩៧៥ ភាន់ បានអប់រំ ធួនអោយក្បត់ជាមួយខ្លួន។ លុះដល់ខែ៧ ១៩៧៦ ធួន បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីឈ្មោះ សាត ប្រធានកងធំអោយដាក់ថ្នាំបំពុលជនបរទេស។ ចំណែក មាន ជឿន ហៅ សុង បាននិយាយថា ធួន មកនៅជាមួយ ភាន់ ក្នុងឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៤។ ពេលនោះ ភាន់ អប់រំធួនអោយក្បត់។ ធួន បានចាក់ ថ្នាំសម្លាប់ប្រជាជន និងយោធាចំនួន ៤នាក់។ ក្រោយមកធួនបាន ស្គាល់ សឿន ហើយបានទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីសឿន អោយបំផ្លិច បំផ្លាញបដិវត្ដ និងជំរុញអោយកសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់ថែមទៀត។
