Chin Phal was a member of guerrillas in the network of Lieutenant Colonel It Thuy. Pon Vin assigned Phal to conduct secret activities within farmer group. In September 1978, they had to convince new farmers to counter the revolution and indoctrinated them to be guerillas.
ជិន ផល ជាសមាជិកចោរព្រៃក្នុងខ្សែប៉ុន វីន ក្នុងកងសក្ដិ៥អ៊ិត ធុយ។ ប៉ុន វីនបានដាក់ផែនការឱ្យផលធ្វើសកម្មភាពជាសម្ងាត់ ក្នុងមជ្ឈដ្ឋានកសិករថ្មីដែលធ្លាប់ស្គាល់គ្នា។ ខែ៩-១៩៧៨ បំផុសឱ្យកសិករថ្មីប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដនិងអប់រំអូសទាញឱ្យចូលជាចោរព្រៃ។
