Summary / Abstract :
|
According to the Cambodian government 30 south Vietnamese troops crossed border and fired on three Cambodian civil guards. Two of the guards and three civilians were taken prisoner. The Cambodian government stated on 30 October that this was a south Vietnamese plan to justify a later armed aggresion by SEATO or South Vietnam.
