Chim Lang, male, 38, was born in Tuol Kok, Phnom Penh, had a certificate of engineer. Before 17 April 1975, he was an engineer of Wat Phnom power plant. Currently, he was a worker of Phsar Tauch electric community office. He joined a candidate member of CIA at Wat Phnom in the early 1975 through Thai Sovann Tha and Buor Min Thor. He received the CIA's plot to revolt against the revolution, to gather workers who worked in Phsar Tauch power plant in order to carry out traitorous plan to go against the revolution.
ជិម ឡាង ភេទប្រុស អាយុ ៣៨ឆ្នាំ កើតនៅទួកគោកភំ្នពេញ មានសញ្ញាប័ត្រវិស្វករចរន្ដ។ មុន ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ ជាវិស្វករ អគិ្គសនីនៅវត្ដភំ្ន ដល់បច្ចុប្បន្ន ជាកម្មករផ្នែកបណ្ដាញនៅមនី្ទរ សហគមន៍អគិ្គសនីផ្សារតូច។ ចូលជាសមាជិកត្រៀមរបស់ សេអ៊ីអានៅដើមឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥ នៅវត្ដភំ្ន ដែលមានឈ្មោះ ថៃសុវណ្ណថា និង ប៊ួរ មិនធរ ជាអ្នកឧទេ្ទសនាម និងនាំចូល។ ភារកិច្ចរបស់សេអ៊ីអាគឺឱ្យប្រឆាំងនិងអង្គការបដិវត្ដ ប្រមូលកម្លាំង កម្មករអគិ្គសនីផ្សារតូច ដើម្បីធ្វើការប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដតាមគំរោងការណ៍។
