When I saw Thanat today I referred to his comments to the press that talks in New York had run into difficulties and I expressed disappointment at this. He said that he was also disappointed especially as after several concession on the Thai side. most matters had been settled . The difficulty had arisen because of Cambodian demand of Sam Sary and Siep should be '' Handed over'' by the Thai government.
