Summary / Abstract :
|
Both Thailand and South Vietnam have replied favourably of the Cambodian suggestion made in notes of 25 July to each country that separate bilateral talks be held on current matters of contention. South Vietnam's note represses desire to normalize relations. It is more conciliation to Cambodia, although it contains some references which will displease the Cambodians.
