Summary / Abstract :

Sarin Chhak, Foreign Minister of Prince Sihanouk, arrived in New Delhi, March 28 on a four-day visit after visits to Pakistan, Afghanistan, Syria, Iraq, Algeria and Senegal. He leaves for Colombo on March 31. The only diplomatic at the airport to meet Chhak was the Chinese charge, Ma Mu-Ming.
