Cambodia has rejected as ''Impractical '' Thailand 's proposal for United Nations fact- finding mission to investigate Cambodia charges of (Free Khmer) dissident activities on Thai territory. Instead, Cambodia has proposal separated bilateral meeting to discuss outstanding issue between Cambodian and Thailand and between Cambodia and South Vietnam.
