When stuart and I called on Boon( Acting foreign ministers) today he told us that Thai charge d' Affair's in Phnom Penh has just received a note from Cambodian government expressing opposition to inviting United Nations investigator to visit the area but suggesting that consultations might be held between the Thais and the Cambodian at administrative level.
