We have been told in confidence by Kriengsakdi Sirimongkol, deputy director-general of political affairs in the Thai foreign ministry, that during the Thai foreign minister's recent visit to New York he had separate adn extensive discussion with SRV vice premier and minister for foreign Nguyen duy trinh, democratic Kampuchea's deputy prime minister for foreign affairs Ieng Sary and the Lao foreign minister Phnoun Sipaseut.
