Summary / Abstract :
|
In the course of a call made on him with Fitzgerald (Australian Ambassador to China) Kapitsa in the ministry of foreign affairs said the following:
Cambodia: The Soviet Union's information on what is happening in Cambodia is still far from complete but it was clear that Chinese influence was waning and Vietnamese influence was increasing. On the current visit to Peking by Khieu Samphan he said that Khieu Samphan was not an important figure politically but one of those on the surface. |
