Summary / Abstract :

On 11 June the government of the Khmer Republic issued an open message to ''Governments and men of good will thorough the world '' seeking assistance in the creation of a neutral, demilitarzed zone under international control , covering the general area of the Angkor monuments. The Khmer government has now formally notified us of its ''Primordial interest'' in sufeguarding the temple and its confidence that the governments of friendly countries will help to achieve the creation of the proposed neutralized zone.
