Askew (Cambodain Affairs) said that the Cambodian - South Vietnamese relations has relapsed seriously since Sihanouk's visit to Saigon in August. he attributed this to lack of progress in commercial and financial talks (Which had adjourned when Son Sann left for New York) and Cambodian belief that Vietnamese were still supporting Sam Sary and other dissidents.
