View a called on Soviet charge GR Igor Iev, this morning April 25 he was confident that no major attack on Phnom Penh was likely. He is evacuating no families or personnel. He said that the military pressure around Phnom Penh was being applied not repeat not to achieve a military solution but to force a political solution.
