French Ambassador (Ma NAC' H) (Please protect) has told me that in recent conversations the Cambodians have implied tht Chou En-Lai recently met Sihanouk. Timing of the meeting would place it in the period of Chou's "Disappearance", Ma NAC' H believes the meeting took place in canton and, if this is corrects, it would be consistent with Sihanouk having made a visit to Cambodia.
