Lu's comment to the affect that there will be a need to hold negotiation at some future timein order to solve Cambodia's problems and the implication in his remarks that the Cambodian parties to be included in such negotiation should include representatives from Phnom Penh other than those now specialty prescribed by GRUNK, are of some interest. |
