The confession of Yim Chann Tha revealed the assigned network to implement anti-revolutionary plans hatched by Sokh, [former chief of Region 25 and former chief of Division 12], to contact 18 chiefs of district in Region 25, chief of village, sub-district and region 25, military unit, cadre of 100-member cell, and cadre of 50-member cell. At local area, 124 people were network of Sokh.
ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ យឹម ចាន់ថា បានឆ្លើយពីខ្សែចាត់តាំង ក្នុងផែនការកំទេចបដិវត្ដរបស់ឈ្មោះសុខ «អតីតគណៈតំបន់ ២៥»និងអតីតគណៈកងពល ១២»មានការទាក់ទងជាមួយគណៈស្រុក ក្នុងតំបន់ ២៥ គណៈភូមិ ឃុំ តំបន់ ២៥និងផ្នែកកងទ័ព កម្មាភិបាលកងរយនិងកម្មាភិបាលកងហាមានចំនួន ១៨នាក់។ សរុបផ្នែកមូលដ្ឋាន ១២៤នាក់ដែលជាខ្សែរយៈរបស់សុខ។
