The confession of Khuon Suy aka Sim, deputy secretary of Battalion 124, Division 310, confessed that Rit, commissioner of Battalion 723 Politics, Division 310 "working at state commerce" and Mong, Deputy Chief of Battalion 727 Politics, Division 310. On January 1, 1975, the two attended the meeting and received Pheng's plots to annihilate the revolutionary forces at Banteay Ampil battlefield "working in the northwest of Phnom Penh".
ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ ឃួន ស៊ុយ ហៅ ស៊ីម អនុលេខាវរសេនាតូច ១២៤ កងពល ៣១០ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ រិត ស្នងការនយោបាយ វរសេនាតូច ៧២៣ កងពល ៣១០«ទៅនៅពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ»និង ឈ្មោះ ម៉ុង អនុនយោបាយវរសេនាតូច ៧២៧ កងពល ៣១០ ថាៈ នៅថ្ងៃ១-១-១៩៧៥ ទាំងពីរនាក់នេះបានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការ ក្បត់ពីឈ្មោះ ផេង ឱ្យកំទេចកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដនៅសមរភូមិបន្ទាយអំពិល «នៅភាគពាយ័ព្យភ្នំពេញ»។
