We are interested in learning the reasons for steersman's unequivocal assertion as to the absolute un-tenth of Sihanouk's claims that GRUNK / FUNK is receiving less material support, from the DRV and China. Sihanouk now claims he is getting none. Our information indicates that support is in fact continuing albeit at a reduced rate.
