The confession of Va Vann Thong, a Vietnamese in Battambang, revealed that Vann Thong was captured in Thanh Tei sub-district, Toen Bie district, Tay Ninh Province, on 23 11 1978. Around 50 militiamen of Thanh Tei sub-district walked around in group with Karabin and AR-15 riffles. They always left 15 militiamen in Thanh Tei sub-district. The group was under the command of Sao Yoeung.
ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ វ៉ វ៉ាន់ថុង ជាយួននៅបាត់ដំបង ត្រូវបាន ចាប់ខ្លួន នៅថ្ងៃ២៣-១១-១៩៧៨ នៅឃុំថាញ់តី ស្រុកតឹនបៀ ខេត្ដតៃនិញ។ ឃុំថាញ់តី មានឈ្លបប្រហែល ៥០នាក់ តែងតែដើរ ចុះឡើងជាក្រុមៗ មានប្រើកាំភ្លើងការាប៊ីន និងអាអែ១៥។ ពួកនេះ តែងតែទុកឈ្លប ប្រចាំការនៅឃុំថាញ់តី ចំនួន ១៥នាក់ ដែលមាន មេបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ សៅ យឿង។
