According to a report from Phnom Penh, among many leaflets that appeared recently in Phnom Penh, the Cambodian people paid special attention to the April 5, 1970, appeal of the Armed Forces of the Cambodian National United Front. These appeals were also widely disseminated in Battambang, Kampong Speu, Kampong Cham, Kandal, Takeo, Siem Reap and other localities thought Cambodia.
