The confession of Tit Kan, soldier of Cell 99, revealed that in February 1975, he joined the revolution and studied at a military technical school. Kan fled home and was incarcerated at 04. Kan received the plans from Suon-Nakry [Chief of Group, Platoon 91, Company 99, Division 12]to kill comrade Tom of cell 99. Suon Nakry gave Kan a knife to be used to kill comrade Tom but Kan hesitated to do it.
ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ ទិត កាន យុទ្ធជនកង ៩៩ បានឆ្លើយថាៈ នៅខែ២-១៩៧៥ ចូលធេ្វើបដិវត្ដហើយបានទៅរៀននៅសាលា បចេ្ចកទេសយោធា។ កាន លួចរត់ទៅផ្ទះហើយត្រូវជាប់នៅ០៤។ កាន បានទទួលផែនការពីសួន-ណាគ្រី«ប្រធានក្រុម អនុសេនាតូច ៩១ អនុសេនាធំ ៩៩ កងពល ១២ឱ្យសម្លាប់កម្មាភិបាលកង ៩៩គឺសមមិត្ដ តុំ។ សួន ណាគ្រី បានឱ្យកាំបិតមកកានសំរាប់ចាក់ សមមិត្ដតុំតែមិនបានអនុវត្ដន៍ទេព្រោះនៅស្ទាក់ស្ទើ។
