ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ សុខ ហុន កម្មាភិបាលនៅមន្ទីរកងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ រ៉ា យុទ្ធជននៅកងពល ៣១០ ថាៈ ខ្លួន អប់រំរ៉ាឱ្យក្បត់បក្ស។ រ៉ាបានលួចអង្កររបស់យុទ្ធជនមកដាំបាយ ស៊ីជាមួយបក្ខពួកនិងខ្លួន។
