The confession of Sam Hom aka Phen and Saom Prum aka Prang, working at division 310, implicated Kran, chief of division 310 office. In 1974, Kran took a betrayal view by means of burning down power generators with Phen.
ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ សំ ហុម ហៅ ផែន និង សោម ព្រំ ហៅ ប្រាង នៅកងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ក្រាន ប្រធានមន្ទីរ កងពល ៣១០ ថាៈ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ក្រានក្បត់ព្រោះបានធ្វើ សកម្មភាពដុតម៉ាស៊ីនភ្លើងនៅកន្លែងជាមួយផែន។
