The confession of Sam Hom aka Phen, deputy chief of group in division 310, implicated Sot, deputy chief of division 310 office. In November 1975, Sot conspired to carry out treacherous activities from Ho to build up forces and destroy ammunition warehouse.
ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ សំ ហុម ហៅ ផែន អនុប្រធានក្រុមកងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សុត អនុប្រធានមន្ទីរកងពល ៣១០ ថាៈ នៅខែ១១-១៩៧៥ សុត បានចូលរួមទទួលផែនការក្បត់ ពីឈ្មោះ ហូ ឱ្យកសាងកម្លាំង និងឱ្យបំផ្លាញឃ្លាំងគ្រាប់។
