The confession of Sam Hom aka Phen, deputy chief of group, division 310, implicated Seun, chief of regiment 12 office, division 310. In August 1975, Seun received the plots from Ho, regiment logistics, to burn down 5 sacks of rice at a warehouse at Srah Chak pagoda.
ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ សំ ហុម ហៅ ផែន អនុប្រធានក្រុម កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សឺន ប្រធានមន្ទីរវរសេនាធំ ១២ កងពល ៣១០ ថាៈ នៅខែ៨-១៩៧៥ សឺន បានទទួលផែនការចាត់តាំងពី ហូ ភស្ដុភារវរសេនាធំឱ្យចូលដុតឃ្លាំងអង្ករនៅវត្ដស្រះចកឆេះអស់ ៥បាវ។
