The confession of Sam Hom aka Phen, deputy chief of group, division 310, implicated Ho, soldier of state commerce, Phnom Penh. In 1974, Sam Hom had the links with and carried out treacherous activities with Ho. In 1975, Ho and network burnt down rice at Office H-83 and 5 houses. Ho conspired to receive the plots to burn down materials and to convince former and new workers to against the revolution.
ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ សំ ហុម ហៅ ផែន អនុប្រធានក្រុម កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ហូ យុទ្ធជនពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ ភ្នំពេញថាៈ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ខ្លួនបានភ្ជាប់ខ្សែនិងធ្វើសកម្មភាពក្បត់ជាមួយ ហូ។ ១៩៧៥ ហូ និងបក្ខពួកបានដុតស្រូវនៅ មន្ទីរហ-៨៣ ឆេះអស់ ស្រូវ ៥០ថាំង និងឆេះផ្ទះ ៥ខ្នង។ ហូ បានចូលរួមទទួលផែនការ ដុតសម្ភារៈសំខាន់ៗ បំផុសកសិករចាស់ ថ្មីឱ្យប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ។
