Reversing Sihanouk's Earlies Pach talk, the joint DRV / GRUNK communique endorsed the in-country insurgent line that while the GRUNK / FUNK want peace, US aggression continue and armed struggle must therefore go on until a solution is found in accord with Sihanouk's five points.
