A communique issue by the exile Cambodian foreign minister in Peking and carried by NCNA said: After the GABON cabinet meeting on Monday, October 16, 1972 GABON decided to recognized legally the royal government of national union of Cambodia led by Samdech Norodom Sihanouk, Head of state. |
