The confession of Srei Laing aka Phoap, Chief of Messenger Group of Division 310, implicated Phen, soldier of Battalion 312, Division 310. In May 1976, Phen received his indoctrination.
ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ ស្រី ឡាំង ហៅ ភាប់ ប្រធានក្រុមនីរសាកងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ផែន យុទ្ធជននៅវរសេនាតូច ៣១២ កងពល ៣១០ ថាៈ នៅខែ៥-១៩៧៦ ផែន បានទទួលការអប់រំក្បត់ពីខ្លួន។
