The confession of Srei Lam aka Phoap, Chief of Messenger Group of Division 310, implicated Thy, soldier of Battalion 312, Division 310. In March 1976, Thy received his indoctrination. In April 1976, Thy conspired to steal a boat of potatoes of the people. The potatoes were boiled and distributed to make it easy for them to build up traitors.
ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ ស្រី ឡាំ ហៅ ភាប់ ប្រធានក្រុមនីរសាកងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ធី យុទ្ធជននៅវរសេនាតូច ៣១២ កងពល ៣១០ ថាៈ នៅខែ៣-៧៦ ធី បានទទួលការអប់រំក្បត់ពីខ្លួន។ ខែ៤-៧៦ ធី បានចូលរួមលួចដំឡូងប្រជាជនជិត មួយទូកយកមក ស្ងោស៊ីនិងចែកចាយ គេឯងដើម្បីស្រួលអូសទាញជាកម្លាំងក្បត់។
