Tek Soksan, worker of Takhmau tyre factory, joined the C.I.A in Takhmau tyre factory, under the nomination of Um Sinoeun and the acceptation of Pin Thon. After April 17, 1975 he linked with C.I.A network of Pin Thon and carried out anti-revolutionary activities with Penh Soeng's group.
តិក សុកសាន ជាកម្មកររោងចក្រកៅស៊ូកង់ឡានតាខ្មៅ បានចូល សេអ៊ីអានៅរោងចក្រកង់ឡានតាខ្មៅ ដែលមានអ្នកនាំចូល ឈ្មោះ អ៊ុំ ស៊ីនឿន អ្នកទទួលស្គាល់ពិន ថុន។ក្រោយ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ បាន ភ្ជាប់ខ្សែរយៈសេអ៊ីអាជាមួយ ពិន ថុន ធ្វើសកម្មភាពប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ ក្នុងក្រុម ពេញ សឹង។
