Arthur W.Hummel Jr, Deputy Assistant Secretary for East Asian and Pacific Affairs, testified before a house foreign affairs subcommittee. Speaker Carl V. Albert of Oklahona called a house democratic caucus today to ask for a resolution opposing US-Bombing in Cambodia, but too few members were present for a vote in the closed session.
